Blue Arrow (Sat) guide for Concept2 TV

In preparation for Saturday’s Blue Arrow workout (as part of Wahlberg Week) we’re sharing a sneak peak of what to expect for studios running the new Concept2 TVs and how to interpret them!
Don’t forget to record your results in the F45 Challenge App under Track > Assessments and share your scores.
The distance targets are:
- Row erg = 2500 meters
- Bike erg = 5000 meters
- Ski erg = 2500 meters
The pace zones (which impact the bar color) are:
- >= 2:20
- 2:00 >= 2:20
- 1:45 >= 2:00
- 1:30 >= 1:45
- <= 1:30
Note studios are able to enable or disable the F45 Concept2 TV at their discretion for Saturday’s supported Blue Arrow workout. Reach out to your studio if you have further questions. If your studio is not using the TV for any reason you can still track your results via the display on the Concept2 machine and record your results in the F45 Challenge App under Track > Assessments!
